You don’t have to become someone else to start working out. You don’t have to “change your lifestyle”. You can like burgers and exercise. You can drink beer and work out (but not at the same time). You do not have to eat kale for breakfast to work out.
Exercise is something you add to your life.
Magic: The Gathering + Deadlifts.
Chess + Burpees.
Netflix + Triathlon.
Setting goals for your physical activity can be a good support for your habit to stick. Start with a goal that is easy to complete. A stretch goal can be an extra motivation.
