You don’t have to become someone else to start working out. You don’t have to “change your lifestyle”. You can like burgers and exercise. You can drink beer and work out (but not at the same time). You do not have to eat kale for breakfast to work out.
Working out is something you should be doing for the rest of your life. Motivation works really well to get you started, but it will fail you sooner or later. You need to figure out a way to keep working out when your motivation is low.
It’s a new year (finally) and a lot of you are ready to start working out (finally 😉).
